Forgot to track, or didn't connect? You can always manually add a workout through the button in the history on WATERROWER Connect

Save a workout by selecting the date, time, duration, distance and other metrics. Your workout will be synchronised in your account when you're logged in.

Adding a manual workouts

  • On the dashboard tap the arrow next to "Previous workout" to navigate to your full history

  • Tap the "+" (plus) button next to the "Workout history" title

  • Enter your workout details and tap "Add to history"
